The invention discloses a well operation platform construction structure and a construction method thereof. The well operation platform construction structure comprises a building body and an operation platform, wherein the building body is provided with a hoistway, and an aluminum film K plate is arranged on an inner wall of the hoistway; the operation platform is provided with a front supporting body, a rear supporting body and a platform body connected between the front supporting body and the rear supporting body, the front supporting body is supported on the aluminum film K plate, the rear supporting body is supported on a concrete structural plate of a building body, and the platform body is located in the middle of the hoistway; and at least part of the cross section of the hoistway is blocked. The aluminum mold K plate molded on the building and the concrete structural plate of the building body are used for supporting and building the supporting platform for shielding the hoistway, so arrangement of a supporting object is omitted, installation is very convenient and fast, and production cost of the hoistway operation platform is greatly reduced; at least part of the cross section of the hoistway is blocked, constructors are prevented from falling off, and a construction safety coefficient is improved.
