The invention provides a template structure and a template fixing piece. The template structure comprises a building template and a right-angle template. The building template and the right-angle template are fixed through a template fixing piece, and the right-angle template is provided with a sliding groove and a containing cavity communicated with the sliding groove. The template fixing piece comprises a first clamping part, a connecting part, a second clamping part and a holding part. One end of the connecting part is connected to the first clamping part. The second clamping part is connected to the connecting part. The holding part is connected to the first clamping part. The sectional area of the connecting part is smaller than that of the first clamping part and that of the second clamping part, so that a gap is formed between the first clamping part and the second clamping part. The second clamping part can stretch into the containing cavity through the sliding groove till the building template and the right-angle template are partially located in the gap, and therefore the building template and the right-angle template are clamped by the first clamping part and the second clamping part. According to the template structure and the template fixing piece, the machining difficulty and the labor intensity can be reduced, meanwhile, noise is avoided, and the purpose of improving the production efficiency is achieved.
