The invention discloses a quick replacement method for a tower footing steel tank of a communication floor guyed tower, which comprises the following steps that: firstly, the guyed tower is lifted, a lifting cable is firmly connected with the tower top of the guyed tower, and the guyed tower is lifted after the guyed tower is separated from an old tower footing steel tank; secondly, the tower footing steel tank is replaced, the old tower footing steel tank is dismantled, and the new tower footing steel tank is placed at the to-be-installed position and cleaned through a runner component; thirdly, the perpendicularity of the guyed tower is adjusted, and the perpendicularity of the guyed tower is adjusted through a plurality of supporting and adjusting devices; fourthly, a new tower footing steel tank is cleaned, specifically, the new tower footing steel tank is cleaned through a cleaning device, and anti-rust paint is sprayed; and fifthly, the new tower footing steel tank package, namely the new tower footing steel tank is encapsulated by using a grouting encapsulating material. According to the scheme for replacing the tower footing steel tank, the perpendicularity of the communication tower can be conveniently controlled, and a construction site can be conveniently and rapidly cleaned.
