The invention provides a lever handle structure for preventing cat eye unlocking. The lever handle structure comprises a lock seat, a lever handle rotationally arranged on the lock seat, a free part and a clutch device. The free part is rotatably arranged on the lock seat and is used for being connected with an external lock cylinder; the clutch device is used for connecting or separating the handle and the free part; when the clutch device is in a joint state, forward rotation of the handle can drive the free part to rotate in the direction in which the external lock cylinder is unlocked through the clutch device; the reverse rotation of the handle can enable the clutch device to be switched from the joint state to the separation state; the clutch device can be kept in the separated state after being switched to the separated state, so that the forward rotation of the lever handle does not drive the free part to rotate, and the external lock cylinder is unlocked; and the clutch device is provided with an operation part which can be operated to enable the clutch device to be switched from the separation state to the connection state. When the lever handle is rotated reversely, the lever handle can be separated from the free part, the lock cylinder cannot be unlocked, and cat eye unlocking is prevented. The invention further provides a door lock.
