Reciprocating rotation of the second stirring blades is matched with continuous rotation of the first stirring blades, uniform stirring of slurry is achieved, the stirring quality of the equipment is improved, meanwhile, through integrated arrangement of a spray head and the stirring box, the productivity is greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, a worker does not need to hold the nozzle by hand, so that the worker is prevented from directly facing the slurry, and the health of the worker is facilitated.
