The invention relates to the technical field of environment-friendly decorative wallboards and preparation processes thereof, in particular to a novel environment-friendly decorative wallboard with a self-purification function and a preparation process thereof, and provides the novel environment-friendly decorative wallboard aiming at the problems that most of existing wallboards are relatively large in preparation raw material pollution and relatively weak in self-purification capacity. The novel environment-friendly decorative wallboard with the self-purification function is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 to 100 parts of natural marble powder, 40 to 60 parts of raw bamboo and wood fibers, 80 to 90 parts of natural activated carbon and 60 to 80 parts of plastic resin. Through the use of raw materials such as raw bamboo fiber, natural activated carbon, fly ash and coal gangue, the prepared wallboard has a better environment-friendly effect, and meanwhile the sound insulation and noise reduction effects and the self-purification capacity of the prepared wallboard are enhanced.
本发明涉及环保装饰墙板及其制备工艺技术领域，尤其涉及一种具备自净化功能的新型环保装饰墙板及其制备工艺，针对现有的墙板大多制备原料污染较大、自净化能力较弱的问题，现提出如下方案，其中一种具备自净化功能的新型环保装饰墙板包括以下重量份的原料：天然大理石粉90‑100份、原生竹木纤维40‑60份、天然活性炭80‑90份、塑脂60‑80份，本发明的目的是通过在原料中采用原生竹木纤维、天然活性炭、粉煤灰和煤矸石等多种清洁原料，使制备的墙板更加具有环保效果，同时增强了制备的墙板的隔音降噪效果和自净化能力。
