The infrared reflection sterilization colored decorative concrete comprises a colored concrete body and a colored concrete body antibacterial protective agent. The invention further discloses a preparation method and a paving process of the infrared reflection sterilization colored decorative concrete. An infrared reflection pigment is added into the color concrete body to replace a traditional inorganic pigment, and the temperature of the color concrete body is reduced due to the infrared reflection pigment, so that the thermal expansion on the surface of the color concrete body is reduced, the heat island effect is greatly reduced, and the color decorative concrete which originally absorbs heat becomes gorgeous and brilliant; a color concrete body is prepared by stirring and mixing in advance in a slurry spraying manner, and a layer of antibacterial and bactericidal copper powder and an infrared reflection pigment enhancer are sprayed on the color concrete body to prepare the color decorative concrete.
