Low-expansion pottery product with far infrared radiation function and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a low-expansion pottery product with a far infrared radiation function. The low-expansion pottery product comprises a pottery made of a blank. The blank comprises the following raw materials: 10-25 wt% of sea mud, 35-50 wt% of pottery clay, 5-10 wt% of cordierite, 10-20 wt% of washed mud, 15-25 wt% of petalite, 1-3 wt% of bentonite, 3-7 wt% of fused quartz, 0.5-1.5 wt% of lanthanum oxide, and 3-8 wt% of iron oxide. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the low-expansion pottery product with the far infrared radiation function. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding the raw materials of the blank except the sea mud, the fused quartz and the petalite into a ball mill for ball milling, and then adding the raw materials into the ball mill for mixing or uniform stirring; and carrying out press filtration and dehydration to obtain the blank, and carrying out pugging, molding, drying and sintering on the blank. The prepared product has the following advantages that the product can be used for making pottery products such as tea tableware, wine sets and cooking utensils, has water activating and health preserving functions, promotes nutrient absorption of human bodies or plants, expands the application field of low-expansion pottery products, enriches the varieties of the low-expansion pottery products and enables the pottery products to be functionalized.
