The invention relates to a manufacturing process and application of cold isostatic pressing graphite. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: S1, providing pitch coke and petroleum coke, and providing modified pitch; S2, activating to obtain activated pitch coke and activated petroleum coke; S3, obtaining a mixed raw material; S4, obtaining a mixed material; S5, performing rolling treatment on the mixed material to obtain a thin sheet, and grinding the thin sheet to obtain powder; S6, performing cold isostatic pressing forming treatment on the powder, to obtain a parison; and S7, performing roasting-dipping treatment, to obtain a roasted blank. The roasting treatment is performed by heating and cooling based on a 744-hour roasting temperature curve. The impregnation treatment is performed in a composite impregnation liquid, and the composite impregnation liquid comprises medium-temperature coal tar pitch and furan resin. According to the manufacturing process, the production efficiency is high, the manufacturing cost is low, high-purity, high-weather-resistance and high-quality graphite can be manufactured, and the service life is long when the manufactured graphite is applied to a polycrystalline silicon bottom plate.
