Subway station plugging wall force transmission belt structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a subway station plugging wall force transmission belt structure and a construction method thereof. The force transmission belt structure comprises a transfer supporting structure, a steel supporting force transmission belt, a steel enclosing purlin and fine sand. The transfer supporting structure is formed on the upper surface of the bottom plate through concrete pouring; the steel enclosing purlin is arranged on the plugging wall in the horizontal direction. The steel supporting force transmission belt is provided with two opposite ends, one end of the steel supporting force transmission belt is fixedly arranged on the blocking wall by being connected with the steel enclosing purlin, and the other end of the steel supporting force transmission belt is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate through the transfer supporting structure. The fine sand fills a gap between the bottom plate and the plugging wall; therefore, the steel supporting force transmission belt is arranged between the upper surface of the bottom plate and the plugging wall, sufficient construction space is achieved, horizontal supporting force is provided for the plugging wall, the problems that in the prior art, the construction space is narrow and difficult are solved, the steel support force transmission belt and the transfer supporting structure are easily dismantled together when a foundation pit is dismantled, and the steel support force transmission belt is transferred.
本发明提供一种地铁车站封堵墙传力带结构及其施工方法,所述传力带结构包括转接支撑结构、钢支撑传力带、钢围檩及细砂;其中,所述转接支撑结构经混凝土浇筑形成于所述底板的上表面;所述钢围檩沿水平方向设于所述封堵墙上;所述钢支撑传力带具有相对两端,其中一端通过与所述钢围檩连接以固设于所述封堵墙上,另一端通过所述转接支撑结构与所述底板的上表面固接;所述细砂填设于所述底板与所述封堵墙之间的空隙中;借此,通过在底板上表面与封堵墙之间设置本发明的钢支撑传力带,实现充足施工空间,既提供封堵墙水平支撑力并解决现有技术施工空间狭小、困难等问题,且易于在基坑拆撑时一起拆除钢支撑传力带及转接支撑结构,并周转钢支撑传力带。
