The invention provides a steel-concrete composite column with built-in lattice type section steel. The steel-concrete composite column comprises a lattice type profile steel body and a concrete layer wrapping the lattice type profile steel body. The lattice type profile steel body comprises vertical steel ribs symmetrically arranged at the four corners in the lattice type profile steel body in parallel and a plurality of horizontal fixing pieces arranged in parallel at equal intervals in the length direction of the lattice type profile steel body. The horizontal fixing pieces are arranged on the periphery of the lattice type profile steel in a surrounding mode, and the two ends of each horizontal fixing piece are fixed to the two steel ribs respectively. The built-in lattice type profile steel is adopted, the problem of cross bar penetration of beam column longitudinal bars in a joint core area can be effectively solved, the internal profile steel is located on the periphery of the steel-concrete combination column, the overall anti-seismic property of the column can be enhanced, and the binding force between the section steel and concrete can be improved.
