The invention discloses a locking device for quickly fixing production tools and fittings. The locking device comprises a locking assembly, a first hoop, a second hoop, a hinge piece and a hook, wherein the first hoop and the second hoop form a circle, the first hoop and the second hoop are hinged through the hinge piece, the hook is fixed on a side surface of the first hoop; and a fastening assembly is arranged at the joint of the first hoop and the second hoop. The locking device can be more conveniently and rapidly fixed to an electric pole through the fastening assembly, and compared with a screw fixing mode in the prior art, the device is higher in dismounting efficiency and higher in safety.
