Boron nitride composite microsphere and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a boron nitride composite microsphere and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of heat conduction materials. The boron nitride composite microsphere comprises boron nitride and alumina, wherein the boron nitride is used as a dispersion phase, and the alumina is used as a continuous phase. According to the preparation method, aluminum alkoxide is taken as a raw material; after high-temperature sintering, an aluminum oxide continuous phase is formed in the composite microsphere, boron nitride particles can be effectively bonded, and the formed composite microsphere is stable in structure; and results of XRD tests show that the composite microsphere only contains boron nitride and aluminum oxide and does not contain other components, and a phase is pure.
本发明公开了一种氮化硼复合微球及其制备方法,涉及导热材料技术领域,所述氮化硼复合微球包括氮化硼和氧化铝,以氮化硼为分散相,氧化铝为连续相;本发明以铝醇盐为原料,经高温烧结后,复合微球中形成氧化铝连续相,能够有效粘结氮化硼颗粒,形成的复合微球结构稳定;并且通过XRD测试可以看出,复合微球中仅含有氮化硼、氧化铝,不含有其他组分,物相纯净。
