The invention relates to the technical field of stirrer coating layers, and discloses a preparation method of a boron nitride film of a graphite stirrer, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing borax and ammonium chloride, and adding the mixture into an organic solvent to obtain a borax ammonium chloride solution; adding an acrylamide monomer, a cross-linking agent and an initiator, and stirring to obtain sol of which the dispersion phase is borax and ammonium chloride and the dispersion medium is cross-linked polyacrylamide; coating the sol on the surface of a stirrer, and then drying; placing the stirrer in a reaction furnace, and decomposing the polyacrylamide into gas through heating; raising the temperature in the reaction furnace, introducing nitrogen to completely displace gas in the displacement reaction furnace, stopping introducing the nitrogen, introducing ammonia gas, keeping the temperature unchanged, and enabling the borax, the ammonium chloride and the ammonia gas to react; and after the reaction is finished, stopping introducing the ammonia gas, introducing nitrogen into the reaction furnace, stopping introducing the nitrogen when the temperature of the reaction furnace is reduced to room temperature, and thus forming the coating film of the stirrer. The production process is relatively simple and easy to control.
