The invention discloses a pit-in-pit foundation construction method for a water gushing pit. The pit-in-pit foundation construction method comprises steps that a water collecting shallow pit is excavated around a water gushing point, and a fence structure is built; a water collecting well on the slope surface of an edge of the pit-in-pit is digged; one end of a water diversion canal is communicated with the water collecting shallow pit, and the other end of the water diversion canal is communicated with the water collecting well; one end of the water diversion canal is communicated with an opening of the enclosure structure, and the other end of the water diversion canal is communicated with a lower end of the water collecting well; a filter bucket is put into the water collecting well, the opening is formed in an upper end of the filter bucket, water filtering holes are formed in a lower end of the filter bucket, and a submersible pump is placed in the filter bucket and drains water outwards; and after surface treatment and waterproof treatment are completed, the submersible pump is pulled out, the filter bucket is closed, and foundation concrete is poured into the pit. By means of the method, the water collecting shallow pit is arranged on the base for water pumping and drainage, water gushing points are not enlarged, the hidden drainage path is short, the work amount is small, pit-in-pit water-free operation is achieved, normal foundation construction is guaranteed, and water gushing treatment is economical.
