The invention discloses a method for rapidly judging the heaving risk of a foundation pit stand column. The method comprises steps of a telescopic rod, a fixing piece and a laser convergence instrument being installed; adjusting the point position of laser irradiated on a foundation pit support, arranging a connecting piece and a target vertical rod, adjusting the lengths of a telescopic rod and the target vertical rod, ensuring that the laser irradiation point is located at the center point of a target, arranging a plurality of risk prompt areas on the target, and arranging a measuring point for monitoring settlement of the foundation pit support right above the center point of the target; the change value of the vertical displacement of the measuring point being calculated, and the influence of foundation pit support heaving on the target being eliminated by adjusting the length of the vertical rod of the target; and the heaving risk of the stand column being directly judged through a risk prompt area where an irradiation point of the laser convergence instrument on the target is located. According to the method, the influence of foundation pit support heaving on the result is eliminated, the risk degree of foundation pit support heaving can be rapidly identified only by identifying the area where the irradiation point of the laser convergence instrument on the target is located, efficiency is improved, the workload is reduced, cost is low, and adaptability is high.
