The embodiment of the invention discloses a roof photovoltaic system, and the system comprises at least two roof panels, the two side edges of each roof panel form a connecting locking edge, the middle part of each roof panel is upwards and convexly folded to form a wave crest, the wave crest is provided with a bearing surface, and the bearing surface protrudes out of the top of the connecting locking edge; the two adjacent roof panels are connected through the two adjacent connecting locking edges, the two adjacent connecting locking edges are matched to form a locking structure, and the locking structure is located between the two adjacent wave crests; and a photovoltaic panel which is mounted on the bearing surface and is positioned above the locking structure. In the embodiment of the invention, the middle part of the roof panel is upwards and convexly folded to form the wave crest, and the bearing surface of the wave crest protrudes out of the connecting locking edges on the two sides, so that the photovoltaic panel is mounted on the bearing surface, the photovoltaic panel can be higher than the left and right connecting locking edges of the roof panel, and the connecting locking edges are positioned below the photovoltaic panel and are arranged at intervals with the photovoltaic panel.
