The invention provides an indoor spraying robot which comprises a chassis provided with universal wheels and driving wheels and a vertical cabinet arranged on the chassis, and is characterized in that the vertical cabinet is provided with a lifting column, a translation mechanism moving up and down along the lifting column, and a spraying mechanism horizontally moving along the translation mechanism and provided with a spraying pipe, wherein the lifting column is connected to the vertical cabinet through the first-stage lifting mechanism, the translation mechanism is connected to the lifting column through the second-stage lifting mechanism, and the spray pipe is connected to the translation mechanism through the rotating platform. Coating of indoor working faces of buildings such as walls or ceilings is achieved, the labor intensity of workers in the spraying operation process is reduced to the maximum extent, and harm of toxic and harmful materials to human bodies is avoided. Meanwhile, a first-stage lifting mechanism and a second-stage lifting mechanism are adopted, indoor spraying of a building with a large floor height can be completed, and the spraying operation range is further widened by being matched with a spraying pipe with the spraying angle capable of being adjusted.
本发明提供一种室内喷涂机器人,包括其上设万向轮与驱动轮的底盘,设于底盘上的立式机柜,其特征在于立式机柜上设有升降柱,以及沿升降柱上、下移动的平移机构,和沿平移机构水平移动的其上设喷管的喷涂机构,其中:升降柱通过一级升降机构连接在立式机柜上,平移机构通过二级升降机构连接在升降柱上,喷管通过旋转平台连接在平移机构上。实现墙面或者天花板等建筑室内作业面的涂装,最大限度降低喷涂作业过程中工人的劳动强度,避免有毒有害物料对人体造成的危害。同时采用一、二两级升降机构,能完成层高较大的建筑室内的喷涂,再配合可调整喷射角度的喷管,进一步拓宽喷涂作业范围。
