The connecting construction method comprises the following steps that a U-shaped precast block is manufactured, specifically, a detachable mold box is manufactured, concrete is poured inwards till the concrete is solidified, the detachable mold box is demolded, and the U-shaped precast block is taken out; wall construction preparation is conducted, specifically, a hole is formed in the surface of the wall in a chiseling mode, a U-shaped precast block is pre-buried in the hole, an opening of the U-shaped precast block faces downwards, and an outer surface, away from the opening, of the U-shaped precast block abuts against an inner face of the hole; a section steel penetrates through a through opening of the embedded U-shaped prefabricated block, the section steel is connected with a floor through a connecting piece, support rods are arranged in a connected mode, and climbing rods are connected between the adjacent support rods; and wall body maintenance after construction is carried out, after the profile steel is removed, concrete is filled in the U-shaped precast block in the hole of the wall body. By the adoption of the method, strength treatment can be carried out on the section steel penetrating position of the construction wall, in-out filling treatment is carried out on the section steel penetrating position after construction, and therefore situations of later-period damage, water leakage and the like of the wall are reduced.
