The invention discloses a closed post-cast strip quick mounting and dismounting device which comprises a back ridge, an aluminum alloy formwork, a connecting piece, a screw connector, a sleeve, a screw, a gasket nut, an electric capstan and a moving trolley, the electric capstan is mounted on the moving trolley, the back ridge is connected with the aluminum alloy formwork, the back ridge is of a U-shaped structure, the back ridge and the aluminum alloy formwork are fixed through a screw, a gasket and a nut, the joint of the aluminum alloy formwork is connected with the back ridge through a connecting piece, a bolt penetrates through a hole of the aluminum alloy formwork to be connected with the connecting piece, a steel wire rope of the electric winch is connected with a screw connector, and the sleeve is located on the screw. The method has the beneficial effects that the method is suitable for closed construction of a post-pouring settlement zone, a post-pouring contraction zone and a post-pouring temperature zone of a frame structure, and independent supports are adopted on the two sides of the post-pouring zone as back-to-top structures.
