Mass concrete pouring system and method
The invention aims to provide a mass concrete pouring system and method. The material level of concrete is sensed through wireless material level sensors arranged at different heights in a rib distribution area. When a wireless material level sensor senses that the pouring liquid level reaches the height corresponding to the wireless material level sensor, pouring is stopped, and one detachable pipe joint is detached. When the detachable pipe joints are detached, the tail detachable pipe joint is hung through a clamping device connected with a steel cable. After the detachable pipe joints are detached, the steel cable is lifted up to drive the tail detachable pipe joint to ascend to the upper detachable pipe joint. Then the two detachable pipe joints are connected, and pouring is continued. The pouring combined pipes are distributed in all areas of the rib distribution area, and the pouring process can be independently completed according to the wireless material level sensors in the areas where the pouring combined pipes are located. When the wireless material level sensor on the surface of the rib arrangement area detects concrete, the pouring combined pipe is lifted out of the rib distribution area, and pouring is completed.
本发明的目的在于提供一种大体积混凝土浇筑系统及方法,通过设置于布筋区内的不同高度上的无线料位传感器感应混凝土的料位。当无线料位传感器感应到浇筑液面到达无线料位传感器对应高度后,停止浇筑,并拆除一节可拆卸管节。拆除可拆卸管节时,末节可拆卸管节通过与钢索连接的夹持装置悬挂。可拆卸管节拆除完成后,钢索上提,带动末节可拆卸管节上升至上部可拆卸管节处。然后将两节可拆卸管节连接,继续浇筑。浇筑组合管分布在布筋区的各个区域,可根据所在区域的无线料位传感器独立完成上述浇筑过程。当布筋区表面处的无线料位传感器检测到混凝土时,浇筑组合管提升至布筋区外,浇筑完成。
