The raw materials comprise magnesium hydroxide, calcined-grade argil, calcium silicate, low-melting-point glass powder, mica powder, silicon carbide powder, zinc oxide, a silane coupling agent, boric acid and a PVC-phosphate copolymer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the PVC-phosphate copolymer, adding the zinc oxide, the silane coupling agent and the boric acid after melting, and performing stirring and mixing; adding magnesium hydroxide, calcined pottery clay, calcium silicate, low-melting-point glass powder and mica powder, and performing stirring; heating silicon carbide, mixing the silicon carbide with ozone to form mixed gas, and introducing the mixed gas into the first mixed melt to be stirred at a high speed to obtain second mixed melt; and performing kneading by using a kneading machine, performing cooling, performing extruding by using an extruder, and performing pelletizing to obtain the fireproof material. The insulating and electrical properties of the cable can be met, the cable does not crack after being used for a long time, the ceramic forming speed is high under the low-temperature condition, the calorific value is small, and ceramic forming can be achieved at the lower temperature.
本发明涉及电线电缆生产原材料技术领域,公开了一种低温成瓷无机矿物质电缆用防火材料及其制备方法,原材料包括氢氧化镁、煅烧级陶土、硅酸钙、低熔点玻璃粉、云母粉、碳化硅粉、氧化锌、硅烷偶联剂、硼酸和PVC‑磷酸酯共聚物,制备时入PVC‑磷酸酯共聚物,待熔融后加入氧化锌、硅烷偶联剂和硼酸,搅拌混合;再加入氢氧化镁、煅烧级陶土、硅酸钙、低熔点玻璃粉和云母粉,搅拌;将碳化硅加热混入臭氧,形成混合气体通到第一混熔液中高速搅拌,得到第二混熔液;使用捏合机进行捏合,冷却,使用挤出机挤出,切粒,得到防火材料。本发明既能满足电缆的绝缘和电气性能,又能长期使用不开裂,且在低温条件下成瓷速度快、热值量少,在更低温度即可成瓷。
