The invention provides an aerogel thermal insulation pipe shell. The aerogel thermal insulation pipe shell is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-80 parts of aerogel felt and 20-75 parts of a binder composition, wherein the aerogel felt contains 10 to 50 percent by weight of aerogel; the binder composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2 to 20 percent of filler, 10 to 70 percent of aerogel and the balance of binder. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the aerogel thermal insulation pipe shell. The aerogel thermal insulation pipe shell has relatively good thermal insulation performance, flame retardant property and mechanical property.
本发明提供一种气凝胶保温管壳,由下述重量份的原料制成:气凝胶毡25‑80份,粘结剂组合物20‑75份;所述气凝胶毡含有10‑50wt%的气凝胶;所述粘结剂组合物由以下重量百分比的组分组成:填料0.2‑20%,气凝胶10‑70%,余量为粘结剂。本发明还公开了该气凝胶保温管壳的制备方法。本发明提供的气凝胶保温管壳具有较好的保温隔热性能、阻燃性能和机械性能。
