The invention relates to the technical field of environment-friendly concrete, and discloses low-alkali compression-resistant fracture-resistant environment-friendly concrete and a preparation method thereof. The low-alkali compression-resistant fracture-resistant environment-friendly concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 parts of cement, 0.1 part of ground slag, 8 parts of sand, 15 parts of stones, 1 part of water, 1 part of a reinforcing agent, 0.2 part of a fiber material and 1 part of dolomite powder. In a preferred embodiment, the dosage of the ground slag is controlled to be 20-50% of the content of the cement, and the mesh number of the ground slag is 350m<2>/kg or above. In a preferable implementation mode, the reinforcing agent comprises a water reducing agent, an air entraining agent, a retarder, a waterproof agent, an expanding agent and an anti-freezing agent. The cement, the ground slag, the sand, the stones and the water are arranged, and the reinforcing agent, the fiber material and the dolomite powder are added, so that the produced concrete has the advantages of alkali resistance, good stability, high strength, high durability, high resistance to pressure and good fracture resistance.
