The invention discloses a preparation method of a water-filtering molded concrete slab. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding cement, sand, stones, an additive and water into a stirrer according to a ratio, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture; S2, pouring the mixture into a mold of a water filtering molding press, wherein water filtering holes are formed in the side wall of the mold; S3, starting the water filtering molding press, enabling the plunger pump of the water filtering molding press to push a pressing plate to extrude the mixture in the mold while filtering out water in the mixture from the water filtering holes in the side wall of the mold, and obtaining a blank piece after extrusion; S4, transferring the blank piece to a tray, and standing for 10-14 hours to obtain a concrete slab semi-finished product; S5, placing the concrete slab semi-finished product in a storage yard, and covering with a felt; and S6, carrying out water spraying maintenance operation on the felt regularly, and after maintenance is conducted for 28 days, obtaining the water filtering molded concrete slab.
