Green lightweight aggregate concrete and building floor construction method
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses green lightweight aggregate concrete and a building floor construction method. The lightweight aggregate concrete comprises the following components: water, cement, gypsum powder, a water reducing agent, fly ash, sand and modified ceramsite. The preparation method of the modified ceramsite comprises the following steps: grinding glass into glass powder, screening the powder, mixing the glass powder with fly ash, adding a pore-forming agent, a binder and water, and mixing all the materials to form an inner ball; then mixing glass powder, fly ash, brucite fibers, a binder and water to form an outer ball wrapping the inner ball; drying, preheating and roasting the material and cooling the material to normal temperature. The building floor construction method comprises the following steps: stirring the raw materials of the lightweight aggregate concrete to obtain lightweight aggregate concrete slurry; pouring the lightweight aggregate concrete at a designated position; performing vibration on the pouring position; and subjecting the pouring position to maintenance treatment. The product can be used for building construction and has the advantage of improving the structural strength of a building.
