The invention discloses a track beam and an ice and snow removing method thereof. The track beam comprises a beam body and an ice and snow melting device fixedly connected with the beam body. A top plate of the beam body is a track surface for a vehicle to walk, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the track surface; the ice and snow melting device comprises a working medium conveying pipeline extending in the length direction of the beam body, a plurality of pressurizing units are connected to the working medium conveying pipeline, each pressurizing unit is provided with a plurality of working medium output branches, and each working medium output branch is connected with a nozzle. The nozzles are arranged in at least part of the through holes in a one-to-one correspondence mode. According to the scheme, when ice and snow appear on the track, the working medium used for melting the ice and snow is sprayed to the track surface through the nozzle, so that the ice and snow are melted and flow away from the track surface, when a vehicle runs normally, no ice and snow exist on the track surface, and the running safety of the vehicle is guaranteed.
