The invention discloses a spot welding intelligent basin type support which comprises a steel basin, a rubber plate, a steel lining plate, a support top plate and a spot welding sensor. The steel basin is of a basin type structure; the rubber plate is arranged in an inner cavity of the basin-type structure of the steel basin, and a sealing ring is embedded in the top surface of the rubber plate; the steel lining plate is arranged on the top surface of the rubber plate, and the bottom surface of the steel lining plate is arranged in the inner cavity of the steel basin; the top surface of the steel lining plate is fixedly connected with a sliding plate; the support top plate is arranged on the top surface of the steel lining plate; the bottom surface of the support top plate is fixedly connected with the sliding plate; and a plurality of spot welding sensors are welded and fixed on the steel basin or the steel lining plate or the support top plate. According to the spot welding intelligent pot type support, the stress condition of the support can be monitored more accurately and effectively, the spot welding sensor is welded to the surface of the support component and is convenient to disassemble and replace, and the stress condition of the pot type support can be monitored for a long time in real time.
