A fixing frame matches a steel wire mesh and a first connecting rod to avoid rigid collision between a vehicle and the invention, the steel wire mesh and the fixing frame deform, the vehicle drives the rotating barrel and the rotating rod to rotate, and the fixing frame is dragged through the traction steel rope, so that the second connecting rod and the first connecting rod are far away from each other; and a first damping spring matches a second damping spring, so that the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod can be buffered when being far away from each other, the purpose of buffering the collision of the vehicle can be achieved, and the anti-collision effect is effectively improved.
