On the premise that existing equipment resources are utilized, the economic cost is saved and the like, the technical problem of replacement of the self-elevating wind power installation platform pile shoe is successfully solved. Through statistics, the cost for manufacturing tools and tools required by the process scheme is about 10,000, and the period for dismantling and replacing four pile shoes is about 4 days.
