The invention provides a kitchen and bath facility executing mechanism which comprises a mounting foundation structure and an executing part, the upper portion of the executing part is rotationally connected with the mounting foundation structure, and the mounting foundation structure is provided with a foundation part attached to a wall and a connecting through hole; and the executing mechanism is further provided with a structure used for connecting the mounting foundation structure and the wall, the connecting through hole is used for a moving part, corresponding to the executing part, of the kitchen and bath facility to move in cooperation with the executing part, and the connecting through hole is further used for being connected with a part, connected with the executing mechanism, in the kitchen and bath facility. The mechanism is very simple in structure and very convenient to mount, can be mounted on a wall, has universality, is adaptive to different kitchen and bath facilities, provides convenient operation experience and simple appearance for the kitchen and bath facilities, and can also provide a pedal operation function.
