The underground stereo garage parking system comprises a vertical parking area and a horizontal parking area; the vertical parking area is formed by building a parking layer and a correction layer, and the parking layer comprises a lifting parking space and a parking space; the correction layer comprises a rotatable correction parking space which is used for being in butt joint with a garage entrance and exit located at the top of the vertical parking area or the horizontal parking area; the correction parking space and the lifting parking space form a vertical shuttling channel in the vertical direction; the horizontal parking area comprises at least one unit layer, the unit layer comprises a horizontal shuttling channel and a horizontal parking platform which are arranged adjacently, and a plurality of parking spaces are arranged on the horizontal parking platform; a vehicle carrying plate is arranged on each parking space; the system further comprises a shuttling machine which can move along the vertical shuttling channel and the horizontal shuttling channel, the shuttling machine is provided with an upper carrying position and a lower carrying position used for carrying the vehicle carrying plates, the shuttling machine can drive the vehicle carrying plates carried on the shuttling machine and the vehicle carrying plates on the parking spaces to horizontally move so as to exchange the positions, and the vehicle parking and taking efficiency is greatly improved.
