The invention discloses a hole-forming construction process for a cast-in-place pile in a strong karst development area. The construction process comprises the following steps that a pile casing hole is excavated according to the pile position of a cast-in-place pile foundation, and a pile casing is buried in the pile casing hole; a cohesive soil rammer is filled between the pile casing and a hole wall of the pile casing hole; a drill bit is aligned to the center of the pile position, perpendicularity of the drill bit is adjusted, and drilling is conducted in the axial lead direction of the pile casing; slurry is injected into the pile casing, and the height of the slurry is kept higher than the pile casing footing; perpendicularity of the hole wall of the pile hole is measured in the drilling process; and when the hole wall deflects, the drill bit is rectified so as to keep the drill bit in a vertical state. In the drilling construction process, the slurry is injected into the pile casing, and compared with a previous concrete filling mode, the concrete cost can be effectively saved, steps caused by super-square concrete after construction can be saved, and construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种岩溶强发育区灌注桩成孔施工工艺,包括如下步骤:根据灌注桩桩基的桩位开挖护筒孔,在护筒孔中埋设护筒;在护筒与护筒孔的孔壁之间填充粘性土夯;将钻头对位至桩位中心,调整钻头垂直度,沿护筒的轴心线方向进行钻孔;向护筒中注入泥浆,并保持泥浆的高度高于护筒底脚;钻孔过程中测量桩孔孔壁的垂直度;当孔壁产生偏斜时,对钻头纠偏以保持其处于垂直状态。在钻孔施工过程中,向护筒中注入泥浆,相对于以往采用混凝土填充的方式,可有效节省混凝土成本,并能够节约施工完成之后超方混凝土造成的步骤,提高施工效率。
