The invention discloses a photochromic laminated glass, which is composed of an upper glass layer, a photochromic interlayer and a lower glass layer, wherein the photochromic interlayer is made of a photochromic high polymer material or a photochromic polymer, the photochromic high polymer material or the photochromic polymer is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass through two steps of illumination and heating with the wavelength of 254nm to 440nm: 20-55% of phenolic epoxy resin, 20-45% of alicyclic epoxy resin, 1-20% of other epoxy resin, 0.05-6% of a photochromic material, 0.05-3% of a silane coupling agent, 1-12% of an iron aromatic hydrocarbon photoinitiator, 0.1-1.0% of a photosensitizer, and 0.2-5.0% of a surfactant. According to the invention, the photochromic laminated glass containing the photochromic material does not deform or stretch when heated, and has good mechanical properties.
本发明公开了一种光致变色夹层玻璃,是由上层玻璃、光致变色夹层、下层玻璃组成,所述光致变色夹层采用光致变色高分子材料或光致变色聚合物;所述光致变色高分子材料或光致变色聚合物是由以下质量百分含量的组分经波长为254nm~440nm的光照‑加热两步制成:酚醛类环氧树脂20~55%;脂环族类环氧树脂20~45%;其他环氧树脂1~20%;光致变色材料0.05~6%;硅烷偶联剂0.05~3%;铁芳烃类光引发剂1~12%;光敏剂0.1~1.0%;表面活性剂0.2~5.0%。本发明制备的含有光敏变色材料的光致变色夹层玻璃在受热时不产生形变和拉伸,具有良好的机械性能。
