Preparation method of Si3N4/BAS-based ceramic material
The invention provides a preparation method of a Si3N4/BAS-based ceramic material, and aims to solve the problems that the Si3N4/BAS-based ceramic material prepared in the prior art has density difference, is non-uniform in microstructure, is not easy to form complex-shaped and special-shaped products and the like. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out surface pretreatment on silicon nitride powder by adopting a precipitation method, so that the silicon nitride powder is coated with a layer of film with oxide characteristics; carrying out ball milling on the pretreated silicon nitride powder and barium carbonate, sieving, carrying out mixed ball milling on the sieved product and a silica sol premixed solution containing an organic monomer, and vacuumizing to obtain silicon nitride ceramic slurry; and finally, preparing the required sample through 3D printing, degreasing and sintering.
本发明提供一种Si3N4/BAS基陶瓷材料的制备方法,以解决现有技术制备Si3N4/BAS基陶瓷材料存在密度差异、显微结构不均匀、不易成型复杂形状和异形产品等问题。其中,制备方法包括:首先采用沉淀法对氮化硅粉体进行表面预处理使其包覆一层具有氧化物特性的膜;接着将预处理的氮化硅粉体与碳酸钡球磨后过筛,然后将其与含有有机单体的硅溶胶预混液混合球磨、抽真空即得氮化硅陶瓷浆料;最后通过3D打印、脱脂烧结即制备出所需样品。
