The invention relates to the technical field of building thermal insulation materials and particularly relates to a composite non-dismantling formwork with an integrated thermal insulation structure and a preparation method thereof. The composite non-dismantling formwork comprises a mould pressing inorganic adhesive benzene particle insulation board, an extruded sheet, an inner protection layer, an outer protection layer and a binder, wherein the mould pressing inorganic adhesive benzene particle heat preservation plate and the cement-based cloth are bonded to two sides of the extruded sheet through a binder, a steel wire mesh is arranged between a cement-based backing and the extruded sheet to form an inner protection layer, and the polymer mortar with the built-in glass fiber gridding cloth is laid on the other side of the mould pressing inorganic adhesive benzene particle heat preservation plate to form an outer protection layer; and after maintenance, the composite non-dismantling formwork with the integrated heat preservation structure is manufactured through cutting.
