The invention discloses a cross-shaped steel pipe recycled concrete special-shaped column with perforated T-shaped ribs and a manufacturing method, and the special-shaped column comprises a cross-shaped steel pipe framework, a T-shaped rib frame, a reinforcing hoop framework and full-recycled concrete, wherein the cross-shaped steel tube framework is formed by welding a plurality of steel plates; the T-shaped rib frame is formed by welding two steel plates, holes are formed in webs, and the perforated T-shaped ribs are welded to an inner wall of the cross-shaped steel pipe in a parallel or staggered mode; the reinforcing hoop framework is a reinforcement cage formed by binding spiral stirrups and longitudinal bars; and coarse aggregate of the all-recycled concrete is completely derived from waste concrete. The special-shaped column is advantaged in that the cross-shaped steel pipe and a reinforcing hoop can improve the bearing capacity of the full-recycled concrete and promote the cyclic utilization range of the waste concrete; the perforated T-shaped ribs can improve the bonding performance of the steel pipe and the full-recycled concrete and delay local buckling of the steel pipe; meanwhile, the scheme can be prefabricated in a factory, a template is not needed during site construction, and production efficiency and the quality of the fully-recycled concrete are improved.
