The invention discloses a clutch for an automobile refueling or charging small door, which comprises a clutch end cover, a clutch cover, a ball body, a clutch disc, a multi-layer wave spring, a clutch base and a turbine, and the clutch cover and the clutch base are detachably connected together to form a clutch space. The outer end, arranged outside the clutch space, of the clutch base is meshed with the turbine, the inner end, arranged in the clutch space, of the clutch base is connected with the clutch disc in an axial moving mode, the multi-layer wave spring is arranged between the clutch disc and the clutch base, and the inner end of the clutch end cover is arranged in the clutch cover and connected with the clutch disc through the ball. The outer end of the clutch end cover extends out of the clutch cover and is limited by the clutch cover, and the outer end is further provided with a connecting part connected with an oiling or charging small door executing mechanism. When the executing mechanism works normally, the clutch disc and the clutch end cover are connected together through the multi-layer wave spring to rotate; and when the turbine does not rotate, the clutch end cover rotates through the ball body.
