The multifunctional road self-maintenance flower box comprises a flower box body, a water pump, a photovoltaic conversion device and an electric control system. The flower box body is provided with a planting groove, a water storage tank and a snow-melting agent liquid storage tank; the planting groove is provided with a capillary tube which is connected with the water storage tank; a spraying head is arranged on the flower box body; the water pump is arranged on a connecting pipeline between the snow-melting agent liquid storage tank and the spraying head; the water pump is electrically connected with the electric control system; the flower box body is provided with an infrared sensor; the infrared sensor is electrically connected with the electric control system; the photovoltaic conversion device provides a power supply for the electric control system; a photovoltaic panel of the photovoltaic conversion device is arranged on the outer surface of the flower box body.
