The invention discloses a steel structure anti-corrosion construction method, which relates to the technical field of steel structure protection. The problems that the coating process is complex and the protection performance is insufficient are solved. The method specifically comprises the following steps that pretreatment before construction is conducted, specifically, whether materials and used equipment are complete and operate normally or not is checked, and then an unfixed steel component is clamped and fixed; surface treatment is conducted, specifically, the surface of the steel structure to be coated is decontaminated and purified; coating treatment and brushing are conducted, specifically, steel structure coatings are prepared and sequentially coated in a stacked mode according to requirements; quality inspection and acceptanceis conducted, specifically,quality inspection is conducted on the aired steel structure coating according to inspection requirements; the sequential stacked coating sequence in the coating treatment and brushing is as follows: primer, a first layer of anticorrosive paint, an anti-impact reinforcing layer, a second layer of anticorrosive paint and finish paint, and the coating brushing times in each sequence are more than or equal to 2 times. The process is simple, the later-period anti-corrosion maintenance cost of the steel structure can be remarkably reduced, the efficient protection effect on a base body is achieved, and the long-acting anti-corrosion purpose is achieved.
本发明公开了一种钢结构防腐施工方法,涉及钢结构防护技术领域;为了解决涂装工艺复杂、防护性能不足的问题;具体包括如下步骤:施工前预处理:检查材料、使用设备是否完备及正常运转,然后对未固定的钢构件进行夹持固定;表面处理:对需涂装的钢结构表面进行去污净化;涂层处理及涂刷:制备钢结构涂层并按照要求依次叠涂;质量验收:按照检验要求对晾干后的钢结构涂层进行质量检验;所述涂层处理及涂刷中的依次叠涂次序为:底漆、第一层防腐涂料、抗冲击加强层、第二层防腐涂料和面漆,每一次序中涂料涂刷次数均≥2遍。本发明工艺简单,可显著减免钢结构后期防腐维护成本,对基体起到高效的保护作用,达到长效防腐的目的。
