The invention discloses a long and narrow soft soil foundation pit excavation supporting and soil body transportation method. The method comprises steps that a site is leveled, brick slag is backfilled to form a working face, passive area cement mixing piles and pipe piles are constructed, and foundation pit supporting piles are constructed; hard shell layers such as brick slag and surface filling soil are excavated out through an excavator, and a first cross brace is constructed; a spiral conveyor is inserted into the soft soil with the hard shell layer excavated out, and the soft soil is conveyed to a collecting hopper through the spiral conveyor; an end of the spiral conveyor is matched with manual insertion for vibration, it is guaranteed that the upper soil body can continuously sink, and a supporting system is constructed in time; when the excavation is close to the bottom of the foundation pit, a small excavator and manual excavation are matched; soft soil is unloaded to a transport vehicle through a collection hopper, and a collection hopper is arranged in a hard shell layer area outside the excavation range. The method is advantaged in that large excavating machinery and transport vehicles are prevented from working at the top of the foundation pit, safety of the foundation pit is ensured, and meanwhile, the use of the large excavating machinery is reduced.
本发明公开了一种狭长型软土基坑开挖支护及土体运输方法,步骤为:平整场地,回填砖渣形成作业面,施工被动区水泥搅拌桩及管桩,施工基坑支护桩;用挖机挖除砖渣、表层填土等硬壳层,施工第一道横撑;将螺旋输送器安插至已挖除硬壳层的软土中,通过螺旋输送器将软土输送至集料斗;在螺旋输送器的端部配合人工插入振捣,保证上部土体能够不断下沉,并及时施做支撑系统;当开挖接近基坑底部时,配合小型挖掘机和人工挖土;通过集料斗将软土卸装至运输车辆,集料斗设置在开挖范围以外硬壳层区域。本发明避免了大型挖掘机械和运输车辆在基坑顶部作业,保证基坑安全,同时,减少了大型挖土机械的使用。
