The device is advantaged in that the water storage chamber with water storage and purification functions is formed in the geosyncline through the umbrella cover and the supporting body, water in the clean water chamber is pumped through the submersible pump for irrigation, and therefore use of municipal tap water for irrigating flowers and trees is reduced or even not used.
