The invention discloses a post-tensioned prestressed truss type reinforcement UHPC-foam concrete composite floor plate. The composite floor plate comprises foam concrete embedded in UHPC. Steel bar trusses are arranged on the left side and the right side of the foam concrete. Tie bars between the steel bar trusses are arranged between the steel bar trusses; prestressed tendons are arranged in the steel bar trusses and are close to the lower parts of the steel bar trusses; the prestressed tendons penetrate through the interiors of the corrugated pipes; a grouting opening and a grout outlet are formed in the two ends of the corrugated pipe respectively; the grouting opening is used for filling grouting materials; the prestressed tendons are fixed through anchorage devices, and steel base plates are arranged between the anchorage devices and the concrete. The invention provides the post-tensioned prestressed truss type reinforcement UHPC-foam concrete combined floor plate by comprehensively utilizing the respective characteristics of UHPC, foam concrete, a steel bar truss and prestress.
