The invention relates to a door lock back locking safety knob mechanism which comprises a knob, a limiting gasket, a lock panel and a tubular fixing piece, a through hole is formed in the lock panel, and the fixing piece is arranged at one end of the lock panel and connected with the lock panel; the knob is arranged at the other end of the lock panel, and a rotating shaft part of the knob penetrates through the through hole and the fixing piece and is connected with the fixing piece; the base body of the knob extends into the through hole and is tightly attached to the fixing piece. A limiting groove is formed in the end face, close to the fixing piece, of the base body of the knob and surrounds the rotating shaft part of the knob. The limiting gasket sleeves the rotating shaft part of the knob and is positioned in the limiting groove; a positioning hole is formed in the limiting gasket; blind holes are formed in the inner walls of the fixing pieces, springs and steel balls are arranged in the blind holes, and the steel balls are arranged at the ends, close to the through hole, of the springs. The spring pushes the steel ball to be tightly attached to the limiting gasket, and one end of the steel ball sinks into the positioning hole. Compared with the prior art, the accurate positioning of knob rotation is achieved, and hand feeling feedback is achieved; vacancy is reduced, and shaking is not prone to being generated.
