The invention relates to a desert water production drip irrigation system utilizing solar energy and a drip irrigation method. The system comprises a silica gel water absorption heating structure, a refrigerating device, an air blower structure, a condensing device, a tail drip irrigation device and a solar panel. One end of the silica gel water-absorbing heating structure is connected with the air blower structure, and the other end of the silica gel water-absorbing heating structure is connected with a condensing pipe of the condensing device through an air conduit; the refrigerating device is connected with a condensing pipe of the condensing device through a gas conduit; the solar panel is electrically connected with the air blower structure and the refrigerating device at the same time and supplies power to the air blower structure and the refrigerating device; the tail drip irrigation device is connected with the bottom of the condensing device, and condensed water formed by the condensing device is injected into soil through the tail drip irrigation device; the requirement of vegetation in the desert for a small amount of water is met, and meanwhile the water production rate is increased.
