The invention relates to a mobile resonance type concrete pavement crushing system which is characterized in that a sound insulation mechanism is arranged at the bottom of a resonance mechanism in a vehicle body, a stone shoveling mechanism and a crushing mechanism are arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body, a same fixing frame is movably connected between two third mounting seats in the stone shoveling mechanism, and a shoveling plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the fixing frame; one end of a hydraulic rod of a second hydraulic cylinder in the fourth mounting seat is rotationally connected with the fixing frame, the bottoms of two second fixing plates in the crushing mechanism are fixedly connected with the same top plate, the bottoms of connecting rods on the two sides of the top plate are movably connected with the same crushing plate, and the two sides of the crushing plate are movably connected with connecting frames; and the two connecting frames are rotationally connected with the two first fixing plates correspondingly, the other ends of the two connecting frames are fixedly connected with the same pressing plate, and the bottom of the top plate and the upper surface of the crushing plate are fixedly connected with a plurality of crushing blocks correspondingly. The problems that when an existing resonance type crusher is used, secondary crushing cannot be conducted on crushed large stones, and the pavement concrete crushing effect is affected are solved.
本发明涉及一种移动共振式混凝土路面破碎系统,车体内共振机构的底部设有隔音机构,车体的底部设铲石机构和破碎机构,铲石机构中两个第三安装座之间活动连接同一个固定架,固定架的底部固定连接铲板,第四安装座内第二液压缸液压杆的一端与固定架转动连接,破碎机构中两个第二固定板的底部固定连接同一个顶板,顶板两侧连接杆的底部活动连接有同一个破碎板,破碎板的两侧均活动连接有连接架,且两个连接架分别与两个第一固定板转动连接,两个连接架的另一端固定连接同一个压板,顶板的底部与破碎板的上表面均固定连接有多个破碎块;解决目前使用的共振式破碎机在使用时不能对破碎后的较大石块进行二次粉碎,影响路面混凝土破碎效果的问题。
