Cement prepared from marble waste residues
The invention discloses cement prepared from marble waste residues. The cement comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 79.95% of limestone; 10.38% of alumina; 6.74% of ironstone tailings; and 2.93% of marble waste residue. The marble waste residues are used for cement production, so that the marble waste residues are utilized, recycling of the marble waste residues is achieved, full utilization of resources is achieved, the problems of land occupation and environmental pollution caused by artificial marble waste residues are solved, the production cost of cement enterprises is reduced, resources are recycled, waste is turned into wealth, and the method is suitable for industrial production. And good economic benefits and social benefits are obtained. Research finds that the artificial marble waste residues are high in silicon dioxide content and replace sandstone to be used as a siliceous raw material, the exploiting strength of the sandstone is relieved, the diversification of raw material ingredients is expanded through effective ingredients of the artificial marble waste residues, and the cement performance can be easily exerted. The artificial marble waste residue does not harm the chemical and physical properties of the cement clinker, and can meet the daily production of cement enterprises.
