Environment-friendly concrete capable of absorbing electromagnetic waves and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and relates to electromagnetic wave absorbing concrete prepared from industrial solid wastes. The concrete is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 15 to 25 percent of powder, 25 to 35 percent of fine aggregate, 35 to 45 percent of coarse aggregate, 6 to 10 percent of liquid material and 0.1 to 0.3 percent of fiber, wherein the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100 percent. Slag and fly ash are doped into the concrete, and steel slag is adopted as coarse aggregate; and the polypropylene fiber is added to enhance the crack resistance of the concrete. According to the concrete, the use amount of Portland cement is reduced, carbon dioxide emission is reduced, solid waste is used as a raw material of the concrete, the utilization way of the solid waste is expanded, and the wave absorbing performance is remarkably improved while the mechanical property of the concrete is met.
本发明属于建筑材料领域,涉及利用工业固体废弃物制备吸收电磁波的混凝土。该种类混凝土由重量百分比为15~25%的粉料、25~35%的细骨料、35~45%的粗骨料、6~10%的液料及0.1~0.3%的纤维组成,以上各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。该混凝土掺入矿渣和粉煤灰、采用钢渣做粗骨料;加入聚丙烯纤维增强混凝土的抗裂性。本发明的混凝土减少硅酸盐水泥使用量、降低二氧化碳排放,利用固体废弃物做混凝土的原材料,扩展固体废弃物的利用途径,满足混凝土力学性能的同时显著提升吸波性能。
