Anti-freezing and anti-seepage polymer repair mortar
The invention discloses an anti-freezing and anti-permeability polymer repair mortar. The high-strength mortar comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-15% of Portland cement, 3-8% of high-alumina cement, 10-18% of acrylate emulsion, 2-6% of modified epoxy resin, 3-7% of a polyamine curing agent, 1-2% of a mixed early strength agent, 0.5-1.2% of a curing accelerator, 0.1-0.2% of polypropylene fiber, 0.5-0.8% of a plasticizer, 0.2-0.3% of a thickening agent and the balance of quartz sand. By adding the graphene oxide modified epoxy resin, the mechanical properties such as freezing resistance and abrasion resistance and the durability of the mortar can be remarkably improved; and a trace amount of rare earth oxide is added to be used as a mixed early strength agent together with sodium sulfate and calcium sulfate, so that the early strength agent has very good early strength effect and chloride ion penetration resistance.
本发明公开了一种抗冻抗渗聚合物修补砂浆,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:硅酸盐水泥10‑15%、高铝水泥3‑8%、丙烯酸酯乳液10‑18%、改性环氧树脂2‑6%、多元胺固化剂3‑7%、混合早强剂1‑2%、固化促进剂0.5‑1.2%、聚丙烯纤维0.1‑0.2%、增塑剂0.5‑0.8%、增稠剂0.2‑0.3%和石英砂余量。其中加入氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂可以显著提升砂浆的抗冻、抗冲磨等力学性能和耐久性能;而加入微量的稀土氧化物与硫酸钠、硫酸钙一起作为混合早强剂,具有非常好的早强作用和抗氯离子渗透性能。
