Provided are: a NiZn ferrite which has excellent productivity and is capable of suppressing an increase in the rate of change in complex relative permeability with respect to temperature; and a noise filter which uses the NiZn ferrite. The NiZn ferrite is composed of Fe in an amount of 47.50 mol% or more and 48.60 mol% or less in terms of Fe2O3, Zn in an amount of 29.00 mol% or more and 30.10 mol% or less in terms of ZnO, Cu in an amount of 5.50 mol% or more and 6.50 mol% or less in terms of CuO, and Ni in an amount of 14.80 mol% or more and 18.00 mol% or less in terms of NiO, the total amount of Fe2O3, ZnO, NiO and CuO being 100 mol%, and the total amount of Fe2O3 and ZnO being 77.00 mol% or more and 78.50 mol% or less.
